Probably candida or malassezia (both fungi), possibly with a secondary staph infection. Is the skin hot around the bumps ? If so, then there is staph infection (which is dangerous, need to treat with antibiotics which may exacerbate the fungal infection, but staph is really dangerous, as you probably know).
Candida and malassezia in otherwise healthy people are usually caused by oral or systemic (drip) antibiotics (destroying gut bacteria).
