Hey guys so I am suffering a lot because I remember one day I was sick and I didnt wash my face at night because I was feeling really tired , I was using 10% BP just around my mouth because sometimes there would be a zit. So after that day I noticed a little more zits around my mouth and after that it became worst and worst , I am still using BP and moisturizing but I really do not know what to do !!! Help !! I wear hoodies everyday to school and wear a hood because I am so insecure !
if your still at school it might be teenage hormonal acne.
but acne around the mouth can be caused by using the wrong products on your face and bad diet.
also 10% BP cream is quite strong. if you can,switch to 2.5% or 5%. I would only recommend using a very small amount only onactive spots.
google diet and acne & try switching to more sensative soap for your face.
