Unfortunately im working a job that gets my face dirty pretty much all the time and i watched the video before and it said irritation causes acne if i continue to wash my face from getting my face dirty will i get more acne? or will having my face dirty not cause the acne but rubbing it off will?
Hey mate, so dirt in itself doesn't cause acne. Maybe if it is some oily damp which is covering the skin and clugging the pores, or if you are sweating a lot then the pores will clog and pimples will form.
The reason for acne is mostly internal issues with the gut - diet and daily routines.
