Hey, these bumps are caused by an overproduction of oil. To treat this right now I would suggest using an exfoliant to erode and clear all the bumps - either a exfoliating scrub or a chemical exfoliant.
Also to avoid formation of these in the future you should focus on the diet. Don't have too much greasy fast food during the meals, and instead introduce vegetables and fruits during the meals.
