Hey, this is all mostly scarring left (boxscars), and might get better by lasers.
You have a few active zits as well, I would suggest to use some good essential oils to heal the blemishes which are evolving.

You have a combination of rolling and boxcar scars. Unfortunately, manual dermarolling will not be of much benefit in your case. You'll need a more aggressive treatment like subcision or radiofrequency microneedling. I suggest you make another post in the Acne Scar Treatment section.

Frankincense oil is perfect for healing scarring, mix this with jojoba oil or coconut oil etc
