which thing you arr talking about ..those very tiny bumps or red marks
if you are talking about those very tinybumps than i also have same problem

sometime it gets larger and look like
whitehead or tiny bump

do you also experience the same ?

I kinda assumed that the redness and the tiny bumps were apart of the same thing 

this is what they look like when they get a bit bigger too 

im not an expert but some other "acne" type conditions ive read about are: rosacea, fungal acne, yeast over growth, candida acne..thats just a few examples of the top of my head. (there is more).

if you do a forum search for "small bumps forehead", you might find people with similar problems & how they treated it.
