Hard to see I guess, but it is quite a large white bump with redness surrounding it, but it is very soft to the touch, you can hardly feel it, there isn't anything inside it is just raised. I am thinking maybe some sort of an allergic reaction? Eczema?? My skin has also been dry and flaky today, a bit itchy.. what do you guys think?
