Hi i was just wondering if showering after work has an effect on my skin, i cleanse and tone in the morning before work and when i get in from work i shower quickly because i have a dirty and manual job, is this over washing? I dont put any prodcuts on my face in the shower just lukewarm water? Then before bed i cleanse tone and moisturise, i have moderate acne btw.
