So about a year ago I noticed that I would get a zit here and there. At first they were enormous painful lumps that never came to a head, and they'd linger for weeks or even a month or two. They'd always appear in the same spot, almost symmetrically on my face if they were on both sides.

Eventually these stopped showing up and large white-heads started appearing in the same areas, but this time on my lips, too. Mostly on the corners of my mouth and my upper lip. After a while they would clear up and I'd get excited thinking that it was some horomonal thing, that had finally sorted itself out. Then I'd have another breakout, and his cycle repeated itself, with each breakout getting worse and worse.

Recently, they've been getting fewer and farther in-between, my zits were getting smaller and less angry looking. Until even more recently. About a week ago tiny little whiteheds started appearing aaaaaall over my face, developing into big angry red marks. They bleed like crazy (for such small things) when popped.

It's been getting worse and worse with no signs of slowing down. Now, what I think is going to happen, is that it's going to clear up for about a week, then fire back up like it always does.

This confuses me, because I've improved my diet and I've been working to maintain a healthier lifestyle. It's also very depressing, because I used to have really nice skin, and back then I didn't even have to make any effort to maintain it. Now I look like I've got tiny bullet holes all over my face.

So I guess my question is, how do I break this damn cycle? Any tips? I've been pretty stressed out lately, but I can't help that. I'm sick of it and I don't see myself getting used to it any time soon.

(Sorry for any bad grammar. I don't normally write posts this long)

Are you sure you dont have a skin disorder or fungal infection thats making bacteria go crazy in your skin?

also are you male/female as females have hormonal probs that male dont.
