The cure that worked for my cystic acne

Suffered from chronic cystic acne since 16 years old. Gradually learned the stuff in this post.

At age 24 I broke down and took accutane. These things however have kept it from coming back. If you have really severe acne that keeps scarring you, you may want to go accutane. Then use this regimen to keep it away. You must stop scarring from getting worse daily.

Accutane didnt make it go away permanently, but it stopped me from getting severe cysts anymore. Now the skin just gets rough and patchy or inflamed when I eat inflammatory foods. I have listed all my cures below. Acne is def related to diet and hormonal shit.

Heres the cure:

Mouthful of cold pressed organic coconut oil swished in mouth for 20 minutes in shower daily, then spit out into trash.

Coconut oil pulling is vital. It cleans toxins and makes me look glowing skin every day. Also it has reversed cavities. Dentists cleaned teeth after 10 years (I didnt go during all that time) and I had actually healed cavities from that long ago. Dentists were shocked.

Im sure it helps with other stuff as well. But Ive seen it help skin and teeth so far. You must do it every day. Best time is during shower cuz you dont notice it.

Omega-3 Foods that contain very little Omega 6 (not supplements)

IMPORTANT: Omega 3:6 ratio must be better than 2:1 ... youll be shocked when you learn that 99% of all the foods we eat have an omega 3:6 ratio where the omega 6 is massive and omega 3 is minuscule.

I noticed thecysts would go away within an hour (yeah that fast) when I ate anything with huge amount of omega 3 and very little omega 6.

This meant eating Wild Salmon (farmer salmon made acne worse)

Other omega 3 foods that also worked:

Cold pressed organic Flaxseed oil in smoothies.

Anything anti-inflammatory (food or otherwise)

I noticed when I ate food with habanero sauce or really spicy peppers of any kind, acne would go away and skin was smooth.

Cutting out inflammatory foods from diet:

I ate a lot of stuff with garlic in it and that causes inflammation due to large amount of omega 6 and low amount of omega 3. So I stopped eating as much garlic and told the chefs are restaurants I am allergic to garlic.

Same thing with everything else.

Obviously, stop eating poor people foods like regular bread and white flour and refined sugars, soda, all the garbage in grocery stores. The only real food in grocery stores is in the produce section lol. Literally avoid everything else. Unless you want to treat yourself to something occasionally.

Once youve lived disciplined life away from all the garbage foods, you can actually indulge occasionally without too much impact on acne.

Oh and also... eat real probiotics (not those pills)... stuff like kefir and sauerkraut and pickled vegetables, yogurt, raw milk. This fixes the long term damage to your gut that has been causing you acne.

The main problem is the leaky gut syndrome. You have perforations in the gut causing microscopic food particles to leak into your bloodstream messing with your hormones.

This is a long term repair solution.

The short term symptoms can be managed with anti inflammatory methods and omega 3-6 balancing and coconut oil pulling, but the long term cure is to heal your gut.
