Hi guys.

I got acne when I was 15 that eventually went away (completely) and 1 year later I had this condition (redness around nose). I had it fixed once using a magical cream I bought from a drugstore that opens up the pores combined with Tetracycline ointment and Zinc sunscreen.

1 Year later my acne reappeared for real and so did my condition. My skin doctor F'ed me up, he sold me whatever garbage expensive products he had one by one. It only got worse, then he prescribed me Roaccutane which gave me huge cystic acne that resulted in scars. Then he did fraxel on me, and when there were nothing else to sell he told me good luck and goodbye.

Now 10 years later. Im still trying to fix my condition, thanks to internet being more widely used, maybe there are some experts here that can help me.

I'm not asking how to fix my scars. I want to know what the redness around my nose is and how to fix it. You can also see redness on my jaw and on my entire face in general. I want to fix that too. BTW. It looks much worse in real life. Keep that in mind when examining the pics. And oh, scars are not visible for some reason.

I believe it was worse before. I recently started regularly using a facescrub that brightens skin.
Skin toner and Moisturiser in the morning. Tretinoin gel, clindamycin gel (discontinued) and shea butter at night.
I also started taking Omega 3 and multi vitamins, Propolis and drinking Kefir.

Thanks in advance

If you could Afford Vascular Laser It is most effective and most costly but you will improve a lot Or you could opt for honey and alovera they will help you with the redness but don't except faster result it will take time Hope for the best....

There are IPL lasers here that aren't too expensive. What do you think has caused/is causing the redness?

If you are not happy with your dermatologist, find another one. That's the best way to find out what it is and get results. Sorry, but making guesses from photos will just steer you in the wrong direction and prolong the issue.
