Every now and then I get a lot of small red spots all over my face and neck, almost all at once, and I have no idea why. Most of them get over a couple of days a white liquid at the surface, but it's not like ususal blemishes, there is no ''root'' to extract, it's just the liquid. They go away by themselves in about a week. No product I use usualy to treat spots helped at all (acne cream, tea tree oil, clay mask), I just have to be patient. Other than that my skin is very clear and I am very happy with it, I only get a blemish here and there from time to time. The first two times this happened I thought it was from a specific junk food I ate, because there was no change in my (simple) skincare regimen, or the makeup that I use, it doesn't look like hormonal acne, it must be food. But this time there seemed to be nothing at all. I had the most prefectly clear and beautiful skin for the longest time and this heppend overnight. I'm sure it will go away in a few days again, but it's still very disturbing and annoying.

If this happened to you and you found the cause, please help me! I can't stop this from happening without knowing why it even happens

(female, 19)

The photo doesn't showcase it very well, the spots are much, much more red, and they are smaller than they seem, but here it is:

Oral anti biotic from the dr,if you can also get a prescription strength anti biotic topical even better.

dont pick or squeeze, use clean towels every time you wash and dry.try to keep skin stuff to a minimum, get the oral anti biotic, something like lymecycline, see what happens.

If you arent prone to acne and have generally good skin, it seems it has to be an allergy of some sort. Possibly shampoo that you use or even washing liquid or powder that your washing your clothes and pillowcases/sheets with. I would suggest you consult a doctor or professional if nothing helps or if the issue keeps reoccurring. It might be a good idea to get an allergy test to see if you have any skin or food intolerances. Good luck!
