I'm on accutane right now, almost done, I have 1 more month to go. I have very few cysts now, two on the underside of my chin were just injected 3 days ago and went away, but this is the 2nd injection they've gotten. There's one more on the left side of my forehead, and it's pretty hard and has been injected before and came back. It's never came to a head, warm compress does nothing to help, and it's pretty noticeable. It doesn't stick out very much, just a tad since my skin kind of caved in around it a bit. It's relatively flat, about as big as half or 3/4 of a dime, and has been on my face for over 2 months.

What can I do? I asked my derm to inject it but she said to let it run it's course, which it obviously hasn't in 2 months, so why would it start now?
