hello guys.... i have a problem with my face.. last week appeared on my face this little bumps which are red and itchy as hell! i have acne since forever, but periodically this rash-like pustules appear on my face. i tried ALL acne medication but nothing really worked so... i wonder.. this may be folliculitis? i tried years ago ketoconazole topical, it worked once but when the rash appeared again it stoped working... please tell me if you ever had something like this and what did you do?
after three days of applying nizoral cream(ketoconazole 2%) twice a day my skin looks like this! so happy! it's not itchy anymore but i do have some spots which i hope they will heal! if you have tiny itchy pimples which don't respond to acne-medication you can try ketoconazole topical, it worked for me!
