So, I made a post about benzal peroxide and if it would make your skin purge after two months and someone suggested to me to stay with it for three months. I just bought some cetaphil soap for my face and I have been using it with the benzal peroxide. I have this big bumps on my skin and I don't think that they are cyst because they don't stick out a lot but they are wide and I can feel them under my skin. I think Maybe these are pimples that haven't surfaced but they have Ben there for about a month. The benzal peroxide makes the top of them dry but I never have a head on them. I do not have money to go to a dermatologist so should I pop these with a needle and disinfect them? Is the cetaphil causing them to not have a head. I'm so confused?!!? Can any one please help me of give me a suggestion for a non prescription acne treatment? Also I have a lot of acne marks is there a treatment for those as well?
