Sorry if this is in the wrong place.
Ive had a spot above my lip for a few years and its under the skin and only noticeable by stretcing my lip. Ibe squeezed it a few times and made my lip swollen and it has just come back the same. About a week ago i noticed redness around so i got some freederm and used that on it but now it has gone alot bigger. 
im just really conerned about it and would like to know more about what it actually is and how to treat it.
