just wanted to report something strange. ive got a pretty bad case of the flu at the moment.

but for some reason my skin has completely calmed down. - no redness or spots.

i did a search and it seems other people have had the same experience.. its very strange.

Happens to me too, however it mostly happens when it starts getting well, maybe its the immune system becoming more active.

yes. although i feel like crap my diet etc has been the same and ive seen minimal to zero skin problems.

if i was a doctor looking to make a cure, i would probably do some research in to why a virus like the flu can "switch off" acne / facial redness.

- just an update.

my flu has now passed and acne (redness/spots) came back with vengeance :(

very clear skin lasted about 1 week.

the "cure" must be somewhere inside my body. not on my face.
