I am a 31 year old female and I have struggled with acne since my early teens. I did 3 rounds of Accutane in my mid to late teens but I still suffered from moderate acne. I went to a few different dermatologists throughout my 20's and tried many different antibiotics, face washes, and topical creams but nothing seemed to make a significant difference. I started taking Spironolactone in my mid-twenties which I love because it really helps to control my extremely oily complexion, however, I was still having moderate break outs. I am still currently taking 200 mg of Spironolactone daily.

A few months ago, a friend mentioned on social media that using Aloe hand sanitizer helped clear up her acne. I've tried everything else so I figured it was worth a shot. I am shocked at the results! I haven't had any major break outs since I started using it!

Here is my daily regimen:

• 100 mg Spironolactone twice daily
• Wash face using Cetaphil
• Clean & Clear Deep Clean astringent on a cotton ball over face, neck, and chest
• *Biologique Lotion P50 on a cotton ball over face, neck, and chest
• 2 pumps Aloe hand sanitizer
• 3 drops Aloe oil as moisturizer

I follow this regimen twice daily.

*Biologique is very expensive and I don't feel that it is necessary for clear skin. I started using Biologique before Aloe hand sanitizer and I still had break outs, but I do feel like it helps control oil.

I cannot believe how well Aloe hand sanitizer has been working for me! I still get the occasional small pimple on my chin but it stays small and clears up within a few days. Very different from the painful white heads that last 10 or so days that I used to have on a daily basis.
