I've been a constant weed smoker for 5 years all throughout High School I am now 20 years of age and I've dealt with acne the whole 5 years. The longest I've gone without smoking throughout that five-year. Is one week but now as of today I am three weeks clean off marijuana and my acne has amazingly improved
Has your skin improved anymore since? I am a long-time, chronic user of marijuana and I'm coming to the conclusion that it might be messing with my skin. I also haven't gone more than a few weeks without smoking I have a nagging feeling that weed can really mess with your hormones.
