If your acne has been very persistent, you can ask a derm for Accutane, it should cure all of it.

If not a accutane then try a different oral anti biotic,lymecycline or similar.

if you can get a topical anti biotic as well it helps but dont leave dr without oral anti biotic.

You might have developed a resistance to antibiotic. Certainly your body is no longer responding to OTC products. As such, you need to roll back your acne regimen and let your body heal.
