Hi all! I've been suffering bad acne for many years now since I was at least 14/15, I'm now 23. I'm left with awful acne scars due to picking (I know it's bad).
My body is a it of a mess due to stress and hormonal issues.. I have just been prescribed duac once daily gel, does anyone have any success with this gel? Also is there anything I can take for balancing out my hormone levels and help with fading of scars?

Have you herd about the ayurvedic herb Shatavari? I've had clear skin most of my life but I was hit by angry cysts after I turned 35. I don't know for sure, but I suspect that birth control pills messed with my hormonal make-up. Shatavari really helped me balance my hormones, not only clearing my skin but algo improving my mood, sleep and weight. It's worth giving it a try, I think.
