How to get rid of clogged pores?

 I've tried:
- OCM (coconut/olive/avocado/some kind of mixture + castor oil)
- Lush products: Mask of magnaminty, Coalface, Angels on bare skin
- water only
- Madara AHA scrub
- some oily skin products
- aloe vera gel
- tea tree oil
- Nizoral
- face brush
- honey & cinnamon face mask
(- using some Finnish moisturizers as well)
Also: I'm trying to avoid dairy, sugar and meat on my diet. So, what should I do?

Edit: My skin is oily but still dry and sensitive. I have tried so many products and methods in recent years, but those bumpy, tiny pimples are still there. My problem areas are forehead and chin. :( Can anyone help me?

wet a ball of cotton wool with pure Apple Cider Vinegar - apply to effected areas on your face incl the corner of your mouth, beofre you go to bed and when you awake in the morning. Once you start to see results, drop to just applying at night. This will impact your skins ph level (which impacts ability of bacteria to thrive)

Some photos.... :( I'm really frustrated! I'd like to use more make up on my face, but if I do, it just looks like a crap and not fresh at all. I've considered going to a dermatologist but it's expensive and I'm not into medicines....

Hi there,
I can understand how you feel!  I use a cream called zz cream [Edited link out] and take probiotics.  After suffering from a much, much worse case than you have for 3 years, I am finally all clear and have been for 2 years now.  I would bet the cream alone is all you need, but the probiotics don't hurt and may even help with your mood, as they help with digestion.  Hope this helps and you feel better quickly!

Have you tried using a spin brush? Vanity planet sells a really good one for I think $50 (it's listed for $130 but 70% off discount codes are easy to find). They do a really good job of exfoliating and actually applying your cleanser much more deeply than your hands would- hence why it helps with clogged pores. Let me know if you'd like a link to the one I use, and I'll try to find you the discount code as well:) Make sure you look into yourself and decide if you'd like to make the investment.

Yes, I have tried some face brush. I think it sometimes just irritates my bumps.

Get a facial.

Believe me, I had the same skin as you and started getting facials once per week with a Vietnamese woman that was experienced and owned a spa and nail salon. My skin improved dramatically to the point where I felt and looked GREAT.

Maybe I should, but I'm afraid that is too expensive in Finland! You must pay almost 100 euro to get a facial. :|  But I will consider sone chemical peel perhaps...

You can use glycolic acid, start with lower percentages like 1-2 and then get it up to like 6%, it will definitely help with the clogged pores

Going to try glycolic acid... I hate my skin atm. :| Forehead bumps are irritated and I don't even know why.

Could this be folliculitis?

A lot of the stuff you listed will jist make your face worse. Don't listen to anyone posting about weird "natural" ways to cure acne, except tea trea oil. I use to have all those little clogged pores on my face and I finally got rid of most of them. I still get the occasional pimple, but my face is 99% clear at most times. I went to a dermatologist and got a prescription for this sulfer lotion. I used it at night instead of the morning. I also got a facial steamer and a zit extracter with the thin metal noose. I used to the facial steamer to open up my pores and extracted the clogged pores that I could get without damaging my skin a ton. Anything that I had to press extra hard on, I dabbed with salasylic acid and benzoly peroxide. Then, I would put the sulfer on the rest. (Don't mix).. eventually, it went away. Always moisterize. And always wash your face at night. Skip at least 1 day without maleup a week. But, not too many. Whenever I change uo my routine, I break out. So, if you go a week without makeup, you will break out harcore. Develop a routine and stick with it. Stop putting oil on your face and weird foods.

If that works for you, good, but I have scars from those metal tools. And remember, the natural ways I listed earlier have worked for many.

Pretty sure I have yeast overgrowth. Trying candida diet (hard as fuck). I have tried the diet for few days now and I can see a lil difference on my body. My skin hasn't changed though but it can take a while I guess.

Trying these:
- Nizoral
- probiotics
- diet
- turmeric
- diy oregano oil
- coconut oil
- ACV

Just wondering how fast can I see the effects? Assuming that the diet works, of course.

Saunas are awesome for this. There's nothing better than sweating out the toxinsespecially after a big night out. Not only does dry heat increase blood flow to your organs and relax your mind and body, but a proper sauna routine can also clear up your complexion. And it doesn't matter - wooder or infrared portable saunasu'll use.

Look at it from a fitness perspective: As you exercise, you boost your heart rate, blood flow, and circulation. At the same time, your pores get bigger. And the sweat flushes out the toxins that were hiding in those same pores. Fewer toxins mean fewer clogged pores, which mean smoother skin
