there is many types of acne. imo you need to first work out what type of skin problem you have, then you can best treat it.

As i told you earlier i have a very severe Acne since i was teenager ...even so embarrassing for me I always get stress when ever i see my face on the mirror. Now i want to ask besides the soap or other cleansers is there any medicine like pills that can cure Acne forever?

For me retin-a paired with benzol in the morning worked the best. I have tried natural remedy's for clearing acne no everything else but this always clears my face completely it's a life saver.

It is true that it is said by @MrBakery. You should know the type of acne. Just maybe, your diet is less awake, such as consume greasy food, etc. or stress?
