hi my name is jaeda and I am a 15 year old teenager. I have these bumps all
over my forehead and only on my forehead. My current skincare routine is using the oil cleansing method (I use a mixture of castor oil and sweet almond oil) and then i just started using nizoral because i heard it helps for acne and bumps. I've had these forehead bumps for a while now, ever since the start of summer and I feel like it has gotten worse. I've tried everything and I am in need of HELP. I've tried cetaphil gentlecleansing wash, benzoyl peroxide, OXY acne face wash. I also used differin gel and tea tree oil and burts bees acne solutions spot treatment and the bumps on my forehead looked like it did go down, but then it would look the same again after a couple of hours.

Try cortizone 10 cream. I had a similar problem and it fixed my acne. Apply it on your forehead then rub it in, and after apply it on as a mask for your forehead. Do this everyday, and dont get discouraged if you dont see results in one day. Acne doesnt go away for a day. You can get cortizone 10 cream from any drugstore. I know its not good to use it a lot because it thins skin, so dont use a lot. Hope I helped.
