I would say you're somewhere around the moderate level. Having dealt with all three stages of acne (acute, moderate, and severe) for you I'd say a prescription doxycycline might help. If you are looking to try something OTC I would personally recommend Clearasil Rapid Action Treatment, since that really worked wonders for me. Both left me without scars and cleared my skin in short period of time. If you do think its really severe, another prescription medication you can take is sulfamethoxazole, since that cleared my skin after dealing with severe cystic acne. But honestly yours doesn't seem all that severe- something milder will do. I hope I've helped! Have an amazing day

thank you im going to my dermatologist soon, i just needed a second opinion because ive been wondering. are you sure its not cystic acne?
I personally went through severe cystic acne, so I'd like to say its not, but there might be a few cysts I can't see. Cysts are the bumps that don't have whiteheads and they're honestly kind of like mosquito bites but more painful. As far as I see, it doesn't seem like cystic acne, but I still advise you to check that with your dermatologist. Good luck and I hope I've been of help!
I agree not cystic
