Also what can I do to speed up with process
traveling can definitely cause a skin to break out. drink a LOT OF WATER, and cut out dairy until it gets better (once it does, slowlllyyyyy introduce dairy back in. tbh dairy can cause most breakouts so if u can avoid it, do!) try not to irritate your skin or use too much products. just wait it out your skin will get better with time. worst thing you can do is overreact and irritate your skin further.
I would agree. Although McDonalds is obviously not the healthiest thing to be eating, I think it's more likely the breakout is because of the travelling. Quite often you drink less and get less rest, and sometimes it can be a bit stressful. If your skin was fine beforehand then just try not to worry and it should return to normal in a day or two. You could try a salicyclic acid based product - it breaks down oil and works as a skin-calming ingredient.
Also, try not to pop spots. I know sometimes they're just asking for it, but small ones when left alone will just dry up and fall off. Less risk of scarring, less risk of it infecting the surrounding skin.
