Hey everyone, I'm new here. Never thought I'd sign up somewhere to discuss my acne but after ten years of it I feel so hopeless.
I starrted getting acne at 12 and it has never cleared since not for a day. It was much worse in high school and college then it is now but my skin is still a mess. I added two photos.. Would you say it's mild moderate or severe? Doesn't even look so bad in a photo. It's so red and so bumpy.
Move tried everything from diets to over the counter to prescriptions. Just received Bianca prescription yesterday. After tactupump and clindoxyl prescriptions did nothing for me. I'm turning 22 soon and feel like this will never go away. I'm supposed to go to university in the fall but with my skin the way it is now I can't even focus on basic tasks I don't know how I'm gonna manage school. I cry everyday I'm a complete mess. Anyone else ever tried Bianca? Did it work?
I will keep adding photos through my journey so anyone who's interested can see how these meds work

NEVER EVER GIVE UP! EVER!
One thing you must realize is that you are a whole. Acne is just part of your whole. There is no sense in letting acne ruin your whole, it took me many years to realize this. You have a long, wonderful life ahead of you. My best recommendations would be to seriously examine your diet and lifestyle choices. I highly recommend cutting out all dairy, caffeine, and sugar. It ishard to do, but so worth it. I also recommend reading some literature on how to deal with stress and how to develop an indestructible self. You would be surprised how much those two recommendations have helped me in this journey.
You are not alone, I promise. Everyonehere is willing to help, and together we can beatacne.
My best,
JB
Use acne treatment every other day, it will work better
Inthe morning wash face with raw honey,
use face cleanser at evenings only
overwashing will make acne worse
try lavender essential oil on pimples
dont use scrubs! It will spread acne more
drink herbal on daily basis! They prevent and heal future acne!
chamomile, nettle, mint, burdock, echinacea, honeybrush, milk thistle, calendula, red clover, thyme
dont use at the same time with other drugs
you can find them at high end grocery stores
take vitamin D3 if you are inside most of the time
also vitamin E and flaxseed oil is great to take inside to prevent dry skin
also drink buttermilk or kefir at evenings!
Blessings!:)
