I have this huge zit that's inflamed and under the skin. So basically like yesterday in the evening I saw a blackhead and other small blackheads next to my lip and squeezed it out and a few hours later it became super swollen and I then immediately went to ice compress. It still seems pretty bad and I need help!! Please help. I'm still doing the ice compress and it isn't helping. What do I do I drank a lot of water the last few days and then this happens. Please help!! I also use a exfoliater wash which clears blackheads and reduces redness apparently so if I should keep using that
