This was my second round of Accutane. The first round was a long time ago but the acne came back so my dermatologist said to try it again. I don't know if it's because I'm older or now or what but my whole body ached from using it. I just felt not well in mind, body, and spirit so I decided it wasn't worth it. I've been off of it for about a week and there is a clear difference in my mood and overall body aches. I guess my advice would be to know when enough is enough for Accutane. I struggled with idea to stop using it because I want my acne to clear up but I was in a bad place. I think I made the right choice for myself.

That's what happened to me too, I took accutane for the first time, 3 months 20mg and it completely fucked up my skin, gave me some weird cysts I have never seen before! I have stopped taking it and now am taking cream and moisturizers, my acne is significantly better and I'm not getting those cysts anymore. You have made the right choice.
