i am 15 and i get a lot of white bumps on my nose. i dont know what to do to them. i have an (SUPER) oily skin. i tried to pick some of them and it has some white hard crystal inside (oil). please help :( as a teenager my face gets me really conscious. please help i just want a clear face :(

Don't pop them, don't pick them, wash yourself daily, use soaps with sulfur and COME ON your face is perfectly clear :)

Stay away from sugary processed foods,eat more veggys,keep your hygene good,drink water several times a day.

do like said above,dont start ruining your face.
