Recently I've been breaking out on my left cheek, no where else, and there's all these spots in one place, and there's red patches around it. The spots are skin coloured but have a hole in the middle? Idk what's wrong can someone help. I'm 18, female, oily skin, regularly wear make up but I do clean my skin daily and exfoliate 2 times a week. Idk what to do about it? Can someone tell me what it is thanks
Blackheads. You have sebum plugs inside those. I would go to an esthetician for an extraction. You don't want to do this yourself if you've never handled it before because you could wind up way worse off with scarring.
Also, relax with the exfoliation. Less is more. I would exfoliate once a week. You're most likely causing your skin to dry out, and the oily skin you have is a result of the lack of moisture so your pores and working in overdrive, thus getting clogged and backed up with oil, dead skin, and sebum.
