So I have really dry skin and after applying the benzoyl peroxide my skin gets really flaky. I have been using the cetaphil cream instead of the moisturizer the regimen comes with. It's been working great! However, I recently started to break out on my cheeks. It's been really hot and I work outside all day in a sweaty environment. I know that my breakouts are from the sun. So my question is should I apply my moisturizer on before using sunscreen or just use the sunscreen as a moisturizer? And what is the best sunscreen to use for acne prone skin?
I use CeraVe AM moisturizer. It has an SPF of 30 so basically is a sunblock but it's noncomedogenic and does not break me out at all.
La roche posay anthelios xl is amazing stuff. Spf 50 and leaves your skin feeling so smooth. I use it over the top of hyaluronic acid amd have not had to use a seperate moisturiser since i started this 4 days ago and my skin is usually very dry and sensitive.
