Its just acne, honestly if u just got it I would wait 2-3 months before starting any treatment in the meantime just wash your face with a honey mask because i dont want you to go through what I did i rushed with a treatment of antibiotics and my skin got 100x worse after that basically ruining my whole life take it slow if it doesnt improve consider using the regimen in the meantime also wash your face with natural oils!
