Im so confused what this appears to be on my forehead? My derm said it was rosacea and prescribed me metro gel and its done nothing but make things work. Another doctor said it was rosacea and prescribed me .75 metro gel mined with 2.5 hydro-cream (hydrocortisone cream) this seams to work better for a certain time but heard this is bad for skin as it eats away the skin... 

Has anyone seen anything like this before? Is it rosacea ? My skin is super dry, it almost feels like a rash but not sure if thats just from skin being so dry.
