Leaving acne alone

Recently I've been trying my hardest to not poke and pick at my acne (believe me it's been rough) but i'm a little concerned over a matter that's been scaring me. I have about 5 active pimples and about 6-7 that are healing nicely but the active ones are at the final stages. One was a white zit, a very big one for that matter and I couldn't help but try and help it out a bit. With tweezers I slowly nudged it until a big, hard pus came out and it's left a big hole in my face. I've had experience with this before and they seem to close up in a couple days but my concern is that should I be doing this? I didn't apply any pressure and the big hard pus came out rather easily. If anyone's had experience with this i'd love to hear feedback

Try to leave it alone it let it heal itself. If you really want to try some natural products such as aloe vera plant, bakingsoda with toothpaste or tea tree oil go ahead and give it a go! In this case i would try bakingsoda with toothpaste on the spots for about 2-3 nights (sleep with it) and then see if there are any improvements. If you notice a difference after the third try then give it a go. Same with aloe vera. Hope this helps :)
