Hello can someone please help me  I have this huge bump that's developed right on the inside of my nose. Like right where that thing is that separates the two nostrils, on the right one. It's formed like almost a pea shape, feels like a pea literally. It's super painful and I can't even wiggle my nose without it hurting. It formed a white head thing today and I popped it but only a little pus came out and a lot of blood. But that didn't seem to decrease its size, I've had it since Sunday night and at first it wasn't bad but within two days it grew. It's at the point that when I breathe through my nose it feels like my nose is stuffed. I can't concentrate at school it's so painful, can anyone tell me what it is and what to do?!
