I've always had clear skin until recently. I started breaking out and it had left red marks/dots on my face. I really do not like it and try to hide it, I dont wear make up and never have. Will the acne.org regimen help clear the red spots/dots?
Get Doxycycline, diet - don't eat wheat / dairy / sugar , hormones - relax / spearmint tea. Stay away from accutane if you can. Get some zinc oxide for the zits and red marks
