Hey guys about 10 days ago I got this tight, painful feeling under my nose, then a small pimple erupted from it over 2-3 more days. I then decide to pop it and use dettol to clean the wound. I made sure of getting rid of all pus until only blood was coming out.

Advance 5 days later and 2-3 more white heads had erupted around it. Which I then popped and disinfected again. This grew back a big ugly scab. 

At this point I had enough and went to doctor cos it came back worse. He said I had impetigo and prescribed me with cephalexin. It's already been 5 days on the anti biotics and so far I thought it was improving but the scab fell over in the shower last night only to reveal even more little pustules. 
PLEASE HELP ME
