My face is not oily, I am on accutane. My face was shiny before accutane and is shiny while on it. It's shiny if I use moisturizer, it's shiny if I don't use moisturizer. This issue got so severe that I quit my job over it, yes I have passive income thankfully, so I was able to quit my 9-5. My skin just stays shiny all the time what is wrong with me!!! No one else has this issue AT ALL. NO ONE!

Picture don't do the shine justice, it looks worse in person. I'll see what photo's I have.

Accutane promotes cell turnover, so your skin cells are shedding fast and the skin on the surface is "new" skin, hence the smooth shiny skin and sun sensitivity.

My skin was shiny before accutane, that's partially why I wanted the accutane so badly.

A photo will maybe get it more clear to us what the issue is, because when i just hear shiny without being oily, i actually just think about glowing skin, which many people like to have.
