Hi everyone I have been battling cystic acneoff and on since the age of 12. I have used a combination of so many products that I don't even know what works for my skin. I have a combination of oily and sensitive skin. I've also been diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis. I used to use basis bar soap in combination with a topical eczema lotion and this my skin clear for a while. I hope no one to cover the death of my lotion as of last year and I've been suffering from cystic for the last six months. The pimples aren't even the worst part it's the terrible scarring that I'm left with. I've been on this website 1 million times trying to find a breakthrough. This crap is so stressful. I don't want to use Accutane or any medical prescrib i've been on this website 1 million times trying to find a breakthrough. This crap is so stressful. I don't want to use Accutane or any any medications they have only made my skin worse. Adult acne is a sick joke!!!! I would like to cure my acne through a natural method. Please post your daily regimen or respond with advice on treating cystic acne.

I feel your pain! I had cystic acne for two years. But it wasn't as severe in the beginning but during the 2016 summer mine got super severe from using the wrong products on my face and making unhealthy eating choices. Since I was in college (busy with school can't go visit the doctor) & I'm far away from my parents so when I lost all hope. I decided that I would take pictures and send it to my parents. My mom broke up in tears that she couldn't even sleep. because they're the only ones that understand me and would help me get through tough time. It was that bad to the point where my mom was crying. I know some people suffer more but everyone is pretty much on the same page. "WE HATE ACNE" . So when school was over my mom had to flew up to my place a made me herbal medicine! like straight up herbal medicine!  LIKE THAT BOWL IN THE PICTURE!
Let me tell you. IT WAS BITTER TASTING! IT SMELLS HORRIBLE!!!!!! Not in million of years I think I would drink it! But I was so fed up with my acne that was all over my cheeks and jaw and neck! That I sucked up and drink it for about 1 month. Everyday I have to drink about two bowl after meals. After a month suddenly all my cystic acne subsided and started to clear up!
but not only that but I also exercise, gave up sugary drinks, tea (greentea made my acne much worse), coffee, sweets, junk, spicy, asian noodles.
I started to exercise 3 to 6 times a week. Drink 3 to 4 Liters of water. Now I'm just left with some red scars which is slowly fading away!
I'm being patience with it because I don't want to keep switching products like how i did back then that ruined my face. Now I used very gentle cleanser (cerave) and olay spf 15 sunscreen, neutrogena hydroboost gel, and vichy serum, and clindamycin phosphate 1% lotion (started using it during the summer). Not harsh on the face. It is a slow process but it takes PATIENCE! Hope that helps. (:

I've found topical probiotics work wonders in healing cystic/nodular lesions for me. I use Probiotic Action Emerald probiotic drops in a sprayer with distilled water. For bad lesions, I simply put a tiny drop mixed with some of the water on my fingertip and gently rub it into the lesion. This has worked so well for me I will always do this now in place of SA and BP spot treatments, which basically do nothing but make the lesions more red and uncomfortable.

I recommend you start organically. Look at this as a full body issue. Are you consuming inflammatory foods like cheese, milk, grains, and wheat? Are you sleeping enough? Drinking enough distilled water? Exposing yourself to hormone disrupters, like air fresheners, plastic bags and water bottles, etc.? Eating probiotic foods to heal your gut? Try going gluten free and drinking green tea and spearmint tea to reduce inflammation. Exercising regularly also helps with all health conditions, including acne. It balances your hormones and helps purge your pores of toxins and excess oil when you sweat. Try washing your face with distilled water. Avene makes a wonderful thermal water mist for when you are sweaty, working out or just need a refresher from being oily.

Thanks for your input I'm going to try your home five and give an update that in 30 days . Why do you think I can find the probiotic drops ?
