I had acne when I was 18. Went on epiduo a couple years later and pretty much cleared up. Now im on epiduo forte just because i wanted something stronger. Basically I feel like my overall skin looks like garabage:/ In bad condition. Any advice on what i could do? I take REALLY good care of my skin but in my opinion it just looks bad. And the red spots are anjoying too. Foundation has turned into a daily MUST. It sucks. Any help???
It is not bad at all! I started out just like you and I waited too long to find a solution for it so my skin got out of control. Since you have little you should start on finding something that can keep it under control. Don't use scrubs it'll irritate your skin more and it'll spread already your face. You don't need to use benzoyl peroxide otherwise it make it more worse. Gentle cleanser, and clindamycin phosphate 1% lotion by fougera will probably help, and non clogging moisturizer.
