Hello, I need some fresh looks for situation.
Making long story short, I stick to diet that worked for me pretty well- completely no dairy, any form of sugar, garbage food, no bread, nuts, soy etc. I was pretty clear for a while already.
This summer I was in China for 2 months, was eating lot of bread (western fast foods- it wasn't easy to get use to Asian food) spicy food, tones of alcohol, my face was still clear, but I got some fat.
After came back to NY, I also went back to the gym to burn fat and get some muscle back(5 times a week weightlifting) started to take my mix of brown rice/pea protein (which didn't break me out before) + spinach/tomatoes shake to get some vitamins, + supplement BCAA+ creatine (5-10 g ed) + arginine before workout. this was my everyday regimen.
The only change in my life was regular workouts, creatine and spinach eating which I didn't do before.
After around 3 weeks since I got back, and sticking to this regimen I already had few new cysts on my chin every week, it's been 3 months now.
Now I stopped supplements for a week already, no improvement
I also read so much spinach can cause acne too?
Im lost, should I stop workouts too?
any ideas?
It seems like to me, you are putting those nutrients even before detoxing all the nasty stuffs that you had in China and your body could't take it. When so much junks go down to your body, your organs tend to overwork to eliminate all the waste and you need them to rest, but taking so much supplements and aggressive exercise will do the opposite. Basically, even if you're doing the same as before, now your body is exhausted after all the bad food you've given so it can't deal with good stuffs either. Tune down your regimen and allow your body to focus on healing. For organ detox, rather than taking tablets, try drinking aloe vera juice every morning to heal your digestive system. Search for anti inflammatory foods and actively integrate them into your daily diet, so that the cystic acne can't grow back.
