I think you shoulduse any simple cleanser, or a 2.5% benzoyl perozixe cleaner and a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide overnight cream. Benzoyl peroxide is known to be the best over the counter acne fighting active ingredient. Give it a try. It might dry out your skin at first but your skin will adjust
