PLEASE HELP!! I have been struggling with these small bumps on my forehead for 3 years and well, I'm not really sure if it is acne or just small bumps. They never go away and at first, I thought it was pityrosporum folliculitis and I've tried the Nizoral shampoo for 10 days and no results have been shown so I guess it is not pityrosporum folliculitis. I'm thinking of getting a 2.5 Benzoyl Peroxide product but I am not sure if it will work. Any sugguestions or ideas to get rid of these darn bumps or acne?
