Only probiotics to help the body balance itself. Antibiotics kills the good bacterias too. Then avoid milk, eath healthy food etc. Maybe some other supplements like fish oil and so on can benefit your skin too. 

I would also say, use an antibiotic creme instead of taking the pills. Topical treatments will not hurt your body, but at long term Doxy will damage your stomach too much. Just saying
