Hello, I think there are many people which found "that single supplement" which improved their acne a lot. Be it vitamin d, zinc, fish oil, whatever it might be. I'm one of those people. I think it'd be great to have a thread in which we post that single supplement which has worked for you, to give other people inspiration as to what to try out. Because often all you need is a single missing block to fix your acne, and it's like finding a needle in a haystack.
What worked for me: caprylic acid. (I also used zinc picolinate, fish oil and vitamin d, and thought that they helped with my acne, but once I stopped with caprylic acid my acne came back. Now I'm back on caprylic acid and there is an obvious improvement. I might post pics later)
