I was curious what to do on the regime when considering working out. I want to know how to cleanse my face before and/or after working out. Before I workout I need to make sure I have a clean face to start sweating making sure no dirt or makeup is blocking my pores and after sweating how I would cleanse it. I wanted to know because I just ordered the standard acne regime for face and for the next couple months I'm not going to wear makeup but I am going to workout and I know that I shouldn't wash my face like a bunch throughout the day so I don't know what to use or what to do when my face is sweaty!! Any suggestions? Thank you.
