Here's the deal, I've had this pimple on the tip of my nose for about one month now.. It died down a little last week but this week it came back with revenge. My skin care routine is pretty good and I've tried both BP and AHA. First off, this is definitely a pimple right? And can anyone hopefully suggest anything I might not have tried yet? I've never had anything last this long before so it's really starting to bum me out.
CAUTION - Picture is pretty nasty and really brought out the worst in me haha.

A warm compress sounds like a good idea! I would also add some epsom salts to the water, I've heard it helps draw out puss filled pimples to a head, I'm not sure of the science behind it, but it worked for me as a teenager, and it's cheap as dirt, so you're not risking anything!
