How EU Blocks Effective Acne Treatments

EU has too many regulations for everything and so it makes acne sufferers wanna cry(Like myself). Or is it only in my country:oO?

All acne products containingBenzoyl Peroxide or Salicylic Acid (products containing over 0.5%) are banned to enter EU (country like Estonia) because they are medicine(drugs), talking about the cream(moisturizers etc.). Only juridical drug companies are allowed to receive drugs.

I can't order products From USA, like Acne org products or like Exposed skin care kit. The customs authorities are doing too good job here. I order Acne treatment and like 50/50 chance of arrival, maybe I am now in blacklist or something. Anyways acne org moisturizer Is not for me as it contains jojoba oil that makes huge pimples if used, and clean PB is not good either, this is why I wanted to order Exposed skin care as I used it years ago and was making my skin awesome (haven't found anything better so returned to the best so far, but nah the customs got it blocked).
------------
So what options i have in Estonia:
------------
1. Go to local drugstore, that didn't work out they don't have Salicylic Acid products, "holy moly". Maybe some cream that contains below 0.5%(only Garnier scrub wash with 2% SA found in regular shop), maybe i can find it online, maybe I can get it from Germany or UK (If UK leaves EU in 23 june I # myself, but i still would support them). Not talking about Benzoyl Peroxide no-one sells it in our country, even SA creams are impossible to find (6 year ago was maybe, but not anymore).

2. Look from other EU Countries. Oh I found a Germany drugstore that sells dr wolff acne fug (with 5 % BP), Great it needs to be kept in freezer, so nothing Guarantees that BP stays active(risky, I don't like gambling), it works like botox in my skin (BP) .

3. Eat healthy so I can't have acne. So i tried one month eating like vegetarian, result: skinny has hell, also I haven't eaten milk products in years, also taking supplements and vitamins like zink, magnesium, D vitamin, Omega etc i have tried several group of foods following the glycemic index etc.
Eat healthy results: If I stopped using acne treatment product I start getting red little pimples, and little whiteheads all over me, until no empty spot left on my skin(after week of stopping creams, because no pimples where there, stopped using BP less and less).
Currently I not eating any processed foods, vitamin suplement, also stopped taking professional food supplements for extra nutrition, so I count all the vitamins and minerals, glycemic index , also Kcal, protein, and garbs( everything is ideal, perfect), also i work out at least 3 times a week. BTW I think that just eating perfect food can't cure the acne. (btw my perfect daily menu is like: water, oatmeal, white beans, meat(hacked), brown rise, kiwi, banana, carrot,) currently NOT eating potato (Getting all the nutrition from this menu)

4. Move to USA.
------------------

So please help me out here... with any real good acne kit/product in EU that contains at least 2 % SA, and makes your skin awesome, and I can order it online?

(Edited)

I have read the law and i read that these products containing this are not allowed in our country at all even from EU. I am really ###.. here first time in 15 years. Should i ignore this?
----

Thank you for your time
Anyways I am 27, like 15 years of this ...#
----
5 .About going to DR:
Described medicine stops working after some months or so.
Anyways: Accutane and other killer drugs are in every drugstore in our country!, tried that 2 it was temp effect.

Sorry to hear your problems tosta...I know the European legislation is quite separate to other parts of the world and countries within the EU have the right to operate some of their own rules separate to the rest of EU. In USA salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide products are over the counter drugs provided they comply with the FDA monograph.
I wonder if you could getparcels throughyour customs if products shipped from overseas were declared as generic skincare or as a gift rather than as an acne product? Perhaps you have already tried asking the vendors for such variations to their shipping declaration...
Do your Customs officials notify you of held parcels or have they told you it is illegal to try to import them for personal use?

I received an customs act report about what customs did(from the postal service, to my email), and it stated that it's not allowed for a person(individual) to order this kind of products with these active ingredients because these are categorized as drugs. Also they stated that the website, also, shows these products as treatment(drugs, if there's any difference). So yeah like over 0.5% SA is a drug and not cosmetics, it threats a condition (science approved). You probably don't want to show ingredients on the bottle 2% SA or 3.5% BP. I think that I was just super unlucky.. customs probably looked at this kit, wtf is this... kit, drug kit?, I have ordered this kit 4 years ago before, the same kit no problems, many times:)

The Exposed Skin Care will make a refund and no longer will ship to Estonia, they told me:(.

So anyways the company who sells these things needs a Swiss pharmacy License (distance selling license). So only way is probably if the licensed pharmacy will make a order from USA, that would be allowed if all licenses are ok. So the problem here is that there are no licensed pharmacy companies in Estonia that will order this kind of acne treatments to Estonia, (maybe because it is very difficult, Estonian label messages need to be in Estonian language ).

Proactive has been blocked out from Estonia after the company started selling in Estonia(really short time until the drug law took it down), because again, it needed a special license(contains about 2% SA) or something....(anyways the BP was replaced with SA, because of EU regulations from the beginning.).

I don't really know what is going on. So yet I haven't seen a product more than 1 % SA(yeh, if i can find a product like that it's a nice miracle, Edit: it's a wash creame, rinse off) (washes are allowed with 2 % SA). BP seems to be illegal here, or no-one imports this stuff. Drugs need the Estonian label messages(directions to use etc) in Estonian language, order to be sold here.

So I work on a super food menu, and also will take the food test soon, because this seems to be the only way and these acne articles can't be just BS. Once you analyze your menu(taking down to vitamins, minerals, amino acid and CI, unprocessed foods) , you can make a perfect menu based of Daily recommended values:D, and probably will see that something is missing from your menu. Currently it's seems to be working, I hope that I don't need to go against the law.

So yes, less medical products for me (it's the "law"), I am up for anything to get a clear and perfect skin.. anything;)

Thank you!

Most jurisdictions have an approval process for 'drugs' (requiring details of the manufacture, testing, efficacy, safety of the product, copies of proposed labelling) so I suspect you will be stuck until a company that makes a 2%SA product spends the money required to submit an application to the Estonian authorities. Once an approval is granted for a product then it should be able to be stocked in pharmacy. You could ask a pharmacy company there if they know of anything that is in the process of approval.
Good luck with your dietary approach in the meantime. Perhaps you will get some other ideas to try from browsing the forums also.
Best wishes!

OK I just let you know that Acne.org regimen(or any other BP products outside EU) can not be ordered, if you are from Estonia and probably most other EU customs will block it, once they get into it. I have ordered it 5 years before but can't no more.

Only way is to get BP inside Europe, there are some BP brands still there, you can order it from EU onlinepharmacies(EU borders between EU countries are more open), maybe not all that good but still contain BP, despite the fact that they may contain too much other irritants and are really high in consecration of BP or other harsh chemicals, also some need to be kept in freezer(I like that kind), BP products just aren't same effective.

Anyways, because the BP is the only chemical that I can use to get completely clear quickly and for long periods of time, the only trick with BP is to use it without irritating your skin too much or you end up with another breakout (please don't overuse it, be reasonable and smart). BP clearing effects may last a week after you stopped using it, so use it as needed. If you know your foods that are "safe" for you to eat, it will improve your BP experience, also vitamin&mineral supplements may improve your BP experience(may work against try skin and improve general health, especially for sports/active people), but I can not do it without BP.

In my case it's like that, welcome to mother earth where not everything is as it seems, body fights ever day with it to form an immunity, not always works ...

Best i advice i can give to you, is to come visit latvia for a few weeks and buy it for a year. you can order it to a city close to your hometown for hella cheap. SA down here is not a problem while ordering BP is an absolute pain in the ass. then again this post is 2 years old. Best of luck!
