I have this piece of acne on my nose and recently its been bleeding a bit. the blood dried and when I was touching it, I accidently ripped it off. I'm not sure exactly what type of acne it is but, when I ripped it off, there was a bit of solidified yellow pus-like substance in it so I think it was a acne cysts. Basically, my question id if me ripping off the acne will cause a scar or anything. additionally, there is still a bump from where the cysts was rippled off of
